Job summary

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA offers a 12‑month internship to launch your career in a multinational family business. You will support the Head of Department with audits, meetings, and KPI reporting, while refining data processes and reporting standards.

You will work with Power BI and MS Office, analyze business performance data, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure data accuracy across databases. The role is based in Bulle, Switzerland, with flexible, modern working conditions.

Qualifications

• Completed a first degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Gained initial experience in project management and data analysis.
• Ideally has knowledge of corporate controlling.
• Fast learner, cross-functional thinking, able to work independently.
• Excellent analytical skills and proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, fluent in German and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Department in audits, management meetings, and customer meetings.
• Maintain and improve SharePoint and related information structures for collaboration.
• Consolidate information and create presentations for stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain standards for presentation layouts and reporting.
• Prepare and support meetings with proper documentation and follow-up actions.
• Analyze business performance data including warranty costs, sales, revenue and margins.
