Job summary

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA offers a 12-month Young Talent internship in Controlling, located in Bulle, Switzerland. You will develop a transparent cost allocation framework and work with two business units to ensure financial clarity.

• Entwickle ein transparentes Kostenverteilungssystem für zwei Business Units.
• Analysiere und hinterfrage bestehende Kostenverteilungsschlüssel.

Fähigkeiten

We are looking for candidates available for 12 months internship as of February 2027.

Your responsibilities

• You will develop and maintain a transparent cost allocation framework across two Business Units, ensuring financial transparency and consistency;
• You will analyze, document and challenge existing cost allocation keys, references and underlying assumptions to ensure transparency and business relevance;
• You will collaborate and discuss findings with relevant stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive sustainable solutions;
• You will support monthly closing activities and contribute to the preparation of management reports, ensuring accurate and insightful financial information for decision-making;
• You will actively contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends and supporting business planning activities;
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of Controlling processes, tools and reporting solutions.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics or a related field.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working.
• You are proactive, curious and eager to challenge existing processes in a constructive manner.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the interest to collaborate with different departments.
• You are fluent in French or German and have a good command of English.
