Job summary

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA offers a 12-month internship in Process Management / Project Management, based in Bulle, Gruyère. You will support the Head of Department in day-to-day and strategic tasks, coordinate audits and meetings, and improve KPI reporting and data quality.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Business Admin or Industrial Engineering, with初steps in project management and data analysis. German and English fluency are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed first degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Initial experience in project management and data analysis.
• Knowledge of corporate controlling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Department in daily operations and strategic activities, including audits and meetings.
• Maintain and improve SharePoint and information/file structures for collaboration.
• Prepare information and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Develop and standardize presentation layouts and reporting.
• Prepare and support meetings with proper documentation and follow-up on decisions.
• Analyze business performance data (warranty costs, spare parts sales, revenue, margins).
• Ensure data accuracy across databases by cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to KPI reporting, pricing analysis, and price updates using ERP tools.
