Job summary

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA invites applications for a 12-month internship starting February 2027. You will support manufacturing and assembly with fault analysis, contribute to quality improvement, and assist in audits and KPI reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, familiarity with quality methodologies, and proficiency in CAD tools. English/German/French communication is valued. Based in Bulle, Switzerland.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
Experience with quality management and quality methodologies (8D, VDA6.3, QRQC, Six-Sigma, SHAININ, EN9100 auditor, MSA).

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing and assembly processes by conducting fault analysis and implementing corrective measures.
Organize and implement Conformity of Production tests to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Support Customer Service in the management and resolution of customer claims (0 Km).
Contribute to statistical assessments related to complaints, assembly and test bench first-pass yield.
Support the change management process, including Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Notices.
Participate in task forces addressing specific production issues.
Assist in preparation of internal and external audits (ISO9001 / EN9100).
Contribute to the preparation of monthly KPI reports and support continuous improvement of product quality at Liebherr Machines Bulle.
