Julius Baer in Zurich is seeking an Assistant to the Relationship Manager to support client interactions and trading operations across Intermediaries & FO and end-clients. You will handle order placement, payments, and data requests with accuracy and timeliness, escalating to senior colleagues when needed.

We value proactive, detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills and fluency in English and German who can work independently while collaborating with the RM team.

• Promotes the use of Intermediaries & FO e-channels.
• Monitors deposits, loans, trades and follows up as necessary.
• Organises client meetings and document preparation.
• Supports RM in investigations and cross-team collaboration.
• Adheres to compliance, legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Acts as first line of risk defence by raising concerns.
