The role focuses on execution-only activities, handling orders, trades and documentation with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance. The AM will manage new client openings, changes, and ongoing client relationships, working independently with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service quality and timely responsiveness.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as Assistant RM or 3 years as ARM/AM.
• Excellent written and oral skills in German and English; additional languages a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of banking and asset classes in a portfolio context.

Aufgaben

• Support clients in day-to-day operations and account management for execution-only activities.
• Attend incoming calls and emails, ensuring efficient handling of orders, trades, deposits and loans.
• Process new client openings and changes, maintaining high-quality documentation and KYC material.
• Interact with clients globally in a professional manner and ensure timely and accurate account administration.
• Lead internal projects affecting account relationships and maintain up-to-date systems and processes.
