Zusammenfassung

Mammut Sports Group AG is seeking an Interim Supply Planner for a maternity cover from January to November 2027 in Seon, Switzerland. This 80-100% role focuses on developing and owning the supply plan, aligning demand planning, production, and suppliers, and delivering an end-to-end, data-driven S&OP process.

You will maintain master data, drive optimization of supply models, and support digitalization initiatives while collaborating with commercial, product, and supply chain stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Supply Planning
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functional team environment and under pressure
• Structured, organized and process oriented
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain process
• Decision making based on seasonal release plan within budget
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel) or similar tools; knowledge of ERP & BI systems
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

Aufgaben

• Develop and own the supply plan to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with demand planning and stakeholders from commercial, product and supply chain teams
• Develop and maintain capacity- and rolling production plan with suppliers; resolve issues
• Create the seasonal release plan of products and drive monthly buy rounds (OTB)
• Derive buy quantities within monthly S&OP cycle; balance on-time delivery, inventory turn and cost of supply
• Provide monthly S&OP and weekly S&OE analysis; derive recommendations for timely action
• Maintain planning master data and tools for efficient planning process
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders; drive continuous improvement of models, processes and KPIs
• Support design and implementation of supply chain digitalization solutions

For a maternity cover in our Supply Planning team, we are looking for a professional to join our team from January until November 2027.

Do what you love

• Develop and own the supply plan to meet business objectives
• Closely collaborate with demand planning and key stakeholders from the commercial-, product and supply chain teams to ensure an end-to-end aligned supply plan
• Jointly develop and maintain a capacity- and rolling production plan with suppliers and pro-actively resolve arising issues
• Create the seasonal release plan of products and drive monthly buy rounds (OTB) accordingly
• Derive buy quantities within the monthly S&OP cycle in a data driven manner, by evaluating the trade-offs between on-time delivery, inventory turn, and cost of supply
• Provide regular qualitative and quantitative analysis on risks & opportunities in the supply plan (monthly S&OP & exception based weekly S&OE) and derive recommendations for timely action to the senior management
• Maintain planning master data and tools to secure an efficient and transparent planning process
• Maintain a strong relationship to suppliers as well as internal stakeholders and collaboratively drive continuous improvement of supply models, processes and KPI’s
• Support the design and implementation of supply chain digitalization solutions
