Your field of play

We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Demand Planner to drive accurate seasonal demand forecasts, support inventory investment decisions and ensure fulfilment readiness across channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, trends and changes, and translating them into clear business implications. You will work closely with teams across the business, challenge assumptions where needed and turn analysis into practical, actionable recommendations.

• Build and update demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, orderbook development and relevant internal and external factors.
• Forecast demand for new products, taking product lifecycles and range architecture into account.
• Track forecast accuracy, understand drivers of change vs plan and use learning to improve future forecasts.
• Own seasonal Sales Estimates at STC level and provide reliable forecasts for the seasonal buy plan.
• Support line list reviews, check forecasts against MOQs and highlight any risks or gaps.
• Collaborate closely with planning, commercial channels, product, marketing and sourcing teams to build a consolidated view of demand.
• Contribute to the Group S&OP process with up-to-date forecasts and a view of risks and opportunities.
• Explore how machine learning and AI can continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.

Your story

To be successful in this position, you bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in demand or supply planning.
• Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset.
• Experience with forecasting models, planning software and seasonal processes.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• An understanding of machine learning and AI in planning.
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
• A structured working style with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• A collaborative team player with an affinity for sports relevant to Odlo.
• Business fluent English. German is an advantage.
