Zusammenfassung

Mammut is seeking a dedicated Interim Supply Planner to cover a maternity leave from January to November 2027 (80-100%). You will develop and own the supply plan to meet business objectives, coordinates with demand planning and key stakeholders, and drive a rolling production plan with suppliers.

The role emphasizes data-driven buy decisions and end-to-end supply chain optimization. You will also maintain planning master data, analyze risks and opportunities, and support digitalization

Qualifikationen

• Business / commercial education with further education in supply chain management.
• Experience in Supply Planning.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and under pressure.
• Structured, organized and process oriented.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain process.
• Decision making based on seasonal release plan within budget.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel) or similar tools, knowledge of ERP & BI systems.
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own the supply plan to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with demand planning and key stakeholders to ensure an end-to-end aligned supply plan.
• Jointly develop and maintain a capacity- and rolling production plan with suppliers and proactively resolve issues.
• Create the seasonal release plan of products and drive monthly buy rounds (OTB).
• Derive buy quantities within the monthly S&OP cycle balancing on-time delivery, inventory turn, and cost.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on risks & opportunities in the supply plan and advise senior management.
• Maintain planning master data and tools for an efficient planning process.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders; drive continuous improvement of models, processes and KPIs.
• Support design and implementation of supply chain digitalization solutions.
