Mammut Sports Group AG is seeking a temporary Interim Supply Planner for a maternity cover from January to November 2027 in Seon, Switzerland. You will own the supply plan to achieve OTIF targets while balancing landed costs and inventory for a defined product portfolio.

Key duties include developing the seasonal release plan, monthly buy rounds, and capacity planning with suppliers, plus close collaboration with demand planning and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own the supply plan to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with demand planning and stakeholders to ensure an end-to-end aligned supply plan
• Develop and maintain capacity and rolling production plan with suppliers
• Create seasonal release plan and drive monthly buy rounds (OTB)
• Derive buy quantities in S&OP cycle balancing on-time delivery, inventory, and cost
• Provide regular analysis on risks & opportunities and advise senior management
• Maintain master data and planning tools
• Maintain supplier and internal stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement
• Support design and implementation of supply chain digitalization solutions
