Qualifikationen

• Proven track record leading global, multi-country infrastructure transformation programs.
• Experience with data center modernization and infrastructure standardization.
• Exposure to DR/BC/cyber resilience as part of infra program.
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud, storage, and automation.
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma/GxP) is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders in a high-expectation environment.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification.

We're partnering with a global life sciences organization seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Infrastructure Modernization program, driving operational efficiency and digital transformation across a complex, multi-phase initiative.

What you’ll do:

• Own program plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing for infrastructure modernization
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and business units through upgrades and migrations
• Drive Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Backup, and Cyber Resilience initiatives
• Manage stakeholder communications, executive briefings, and change management
• Ensure compliance with pharma regulatory and IT governance frameworks

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record leading global, multi-country infrastructure transformation programs — local/single-region-only experience won't be a fit for the scale of this program
• Strong background in data center modernization, infrastructure standardization, and technology lifecycle management
• General exposure to DR/BC/cyber resilience initiatives as part of a broader infra program (this is not a specialist cybersecurity PM role)
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud, storage, and automation
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma/GxP) a strong plus
• Comfortable managing demanding, senior stakeholders in a high-expectation environment
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
