Bechtle Schweiz AG in Switzerland is seeking a Service Industrialization Manager to translate service designs into scalable, repeatable delivery models ready for Run. You will bridge Plan & Build with Run, ensuring readiness, documentation and automation capabilities across offerings.

The role requires 5–8+ years in ICT services or operations, with a strong grasp of ITSM, service standardization and automation, and the ability to translate complex designs into operable models.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8+ years of experience in ICT services, service delivery or operations.
• Strong understanding of managed services and IT service lifecycles.
• Experience with service standardization, ITSM and automation.
• Ability to translate complex service designs into operational models.

Aufgaben

• Industrialize new and existing service offerings before they enter Run.
• Define standardized delivery models, blueprints and runbooks.
• Establish service readiness and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure services are automation-, tooling- and ITSM-ready.
• Coordinate the handover of services from Competence Centers to Service Operations.
• Ensure clear roles, interfaces and documentation between Build and Run.
• Act as quality gate before services are accepted into operations.
• Work closely with Competence Centers, Service Owners and Architects.
• Collaborate with Service Operations on operational feasibility and scaling.
• Align with Pricing and Sales Operations on service structure and assumptions.
• Collect operational feedback once services are live.
• Continuously improve service design, tooling and documentation.
• Contribute to automation and standardization initiatives.
