As Service Industrialization Manager, you are responsible for translating service designs into operationally scalable, repeatable and automation?ready delivery models. You ensure that services moving from Plan & Build into Run are fully industrialized, documented and fit for stable operation at scale. The role acts as the structural bridge between the Head of Competence Centers (Plan & Build) and the Head of Service Operations (Run).
