Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial Operations in an industrial/B2B environment.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (D365, Salesforce, or SAP).
• Strong understanding of technical products, manufacturing environments and complex customer requirements.
• Fluent English; German highly desirable and French considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, and commercial activities for assigned accounts.
• Create, manage, and follow up quotations to maximize conversion into customer orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management, FAE, Operations, and other functions to provide suitable solutions.
• Manage opportunities and customer activities in D365 CRM, ensuring accurate data and timely follow-up.
• Support Sales Managers with transactional business, customer activities, and advancement of sales opportunities.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and proactively follow up on quotations, opportunities, and customer actions.
• Coordinate the resolution of customer issues, delivery concerns, and commercial escalations.
