Zusammenfassung

VAT Vakuumventile AG, Haag (St. Gallen), Switzerland, is seeking a Procurement professional to support Category Management and internal stakeholders in acquiring services and IT solutions.

You will focus on quality, cost, delivery performance and excellent internal customer service within a structured, corporate environment. Responsibilities include leading RFQs, managing quotations, negotiations, and maintaining supplier relationships, while ensuring accurate ERP data and defining procurement

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field (equivalent practical experience also valued)
• Procurement certifications (e.g., Procurement Specialist) are an advantage
• A few years of experience in operational procurement, ideally in services and/or IT
• Proven experience working in a structured, corporate environment
• Strong ERP skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics / D365 is an asset
• Solid understanding of processes and enjoyment in working in a structured, organized way
• Confident communication skills and strong stakeholder-management capability
• Analytical, solution-driven and proactive working style

Aufgaben

• Lead RFQs, manage quotation processes and support price clarifications
• Support negotiations in collaboration with Category Management
• Create, manage and track purchase orders for services and IT categories
• Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships
• Assess potential new suppliers and contribute to supplier evaluations
• Maintain accurate article and supplier master data in the ERP system
• Take ownership of a defined operational procurement scope
• Contribute to improving processes along the entire Source-to-Pay cycle
