GE HealthCare is seeking an Indirect Contracting Team Leader to guide end-to-end management of indirect contracts across PDx International. You will lead a team of contract specialists to ensure distributor, wholesaler and sales representative contracts are in place and compliant.

This role emphasizes governance, lean processes, and risk remediation with cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance. Hybrid, remote or onsite setups in Europe are supported.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in drafting and managing commercial contracts, preferably in regulated healthcare.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage priorities.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance in contracting.
• Proven ability to build capability and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Lean, process standardization and daily management experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end management of indirect contract lifecycles for distributor, wholesaler, and sales reps.
• Ensure contract coverage, renewal timelines, and audit-ready repositories.
• Drive risk-based remediation of expired or at-risk contracts.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Finance and Compliance teams.
• Establish governance routines, KPIs and reporting for process improvements.
