Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in science, engineering, business or related field (PhD or MBA preferred).
• Experience in business or corporate development, strategy consulting, venture capital, or investment banking.
• Proven track record negotiating partnerships and/or transactions (M&A, Licensing, R&D, Commercial).
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for governance and management.

Aufgaben

• Define external growth strategy and proactively generate strategic opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize external partnership options and maintain an internal/external network.
• Lead preparation, structuring and negotiation of partnership and transaction agreements.
• Oversee due diligence and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure smooth hand-over to internal teams post‑partnership.
