Job Title: Cutover Lead - SAP S/4HANA Transformation Type: Immediate start until the end of January 2027 (extension likely but not guaranteed) Location: Hybrid - 3 days on site in Bern Hourly Rate: Up to 120 CHF per hour dependant on experience We are seeking an experienced Cutover Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, managing the development and coordination of cutover work packages across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for ensuring a structured, coordinated and successful transition from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA, working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and the wider cutover organisation.

Desirable Experience

• Cutover experience within SAP transformation or S/4HANA programmes.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate or comparable transformation methodologies.
• Understanding of freeze periods, quality gates and phased go-live approaches.
• Conceptual knowledge of SAP modules including PS/PPM, EAM/PM, MM/PUR, SD/LOG and FI/CO.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar project management tools.
