Zusammenfassung

PROSTAFF seeks a Senior Advisor with deep Finance and Controlling experience to enable business via SAP S/4HANA capabilities. You will bridge business stakeholders and the technical S/4HANA expert, driving process optimisation and value realization in a Lausanne-based, onsite capacity.

You will lead workshops, assess processes, design improvements, and translate requirements into feasible SAP-aligned changes while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience with Finance processes.
• 8–10 years with Controlling processes; may overlap.
• Strong expertise in process advisory, process design and process optimisation.
• Solid functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA in Finance and Controlling, enabling assessment of feasibility with implementation specialists.
• Experience preparing and facilitating workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and support informed decisions.

You will work alongside an existing technical S/4HANA expert, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical implementation.
