NAXCON GmbH in Bern is seeking a SAP Consultant for Treasury & Risk Management to design and implement S/4HANA solutions. You will work on FX exposure management, interfaces to trading platforms, and ensure SAP standards are followed while collaborating with Treasury and IT partners.

The role requires several years of SAP S/4HANA Finance experience, strong TRM knowledge, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable designs.

Qualifikationen

• Solid background in computer science or business administration (preferably a bachelor's or master's degree).
• Several years of practical experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly Treasury & Risk Management.
• Extensive experience with SAP TRM, including the Analyzer.
• Practical experience in FX exposure management.
• Demonstrable experience in the implementation and customization of S/4HANA solutions.
• Experience with data migration and preparatory activities.
• Experience integrating trading platforms and related SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable designs.
• Very good understanding of end-to-end treasury processes.
• Very good German language skills (C1) and good English (B2).

Workload: 60% – 80%

Start: October 1, 2026

End: September 30, 2027

Location: Bern, 1 day per week on-site, slightly more at the beginning

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of S/4HANA solutions in the areas of Treasury & Risk Management, including
• Analyzer and FX Exposure Management
• Customizing and implementing the defined solutions while adhering as closely as possible to SAP standards
• Designing and implementing interfaces to trading platforms and adjacent systems (via SAP TPI)
• Analyzing and critically evaluating business and technical requirements, as well as developing suitable solution options
• Actively participating in design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Preparation of analyses, decision-making documentation, and transparent documentation
• Close collaboration with Treasury, related business units, architecture, and internal and external IT partners
• Support for the stable operation of the existing SAP landscape during the transformation, particularly in support, incident management, and handoffs
• Proactive and structured knowledge transfer to internal employees

Requirements/Skills

• Solid background in computer science or business administration (preferably a bachelor's or master's degree)
• Several years of practical experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly Treasury & Risk Management

• Knowledge of cash flow and payment processing
• Experience with SAP Cash & Liquidity Management
• Knowledge of the FI module
• Experience in an agile or SAFe-organized environment
• Experience in the operation and support of production SAP solutions
• Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2)
