Optotune is seeking a Business Development Manager to connect market needs with innovative optical solutions. You will identify trends, discover new application opportunities, shape future products, and collaborate with sales to drive sustainable growth and value creation for customers.

The role emphasizes strategic market development, partnerships, and global customer engagement in a fast-growing high-tech environment.

Qualifikationen

MSc or equivalent technical degree required.
5+ years in technical sales, preferably optics/photonics or machine vision.
Ability to identify new customers and build relationships.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Fluent English; German knowledge advantageous.
