Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Geneva is seeking an IFM Minor Project Lead to manage all aspects of project delivery for real estate initiatives on-site at a client in Geneva.

You will work with clients to define scope, budget, milestones, and governance, while leading the project delivery team and ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years in project management, and French (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designations preferred.
• French (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.
• Strong analytical and financial calculation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, budget, work plan, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
• Identify threats, develop contingency plans, and report project status and variances.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Model CBRE RISE values and drive consensus across teams.
• Impact activities within and across related teams; explain difficult information.
