Job summary

Cumming Group in Geneva, Switzerland seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead small and medium projects within a global consultancy. You will support bids, manage contract documentation, and coordinate with senior teams to ensure delivery on time and within quality standards.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across projects, with strong emphasis on governance, HSE, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Ideally degree-qualified in a relevant field.
• MAPM / MRICS or equivalent qualification or experience.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or other formal project management certifications.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management within construction/real estate.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day management of small to medium projects with minimal supervision.
• Support bid and tender activities and assist with business development.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation and monthly reporting.
• Lead stakeholder communication and coordinate with senior PMs on larger initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement, governance, and health and safety compliance.
