Job summary

Who is Hiring in Switzerland seeks an ICT Supporter / System Administrator to join our IT department in a dynamic SME. You will provide first-level support for hardware and software, manage user accounts and permissions, and work with external IT partners on the infrastructure.

With at least 5 years in a similar role, you bring Windows/server know-how and Google Workspace experience. You are eager to shape processes, advance digital collaboration, and grow professionally in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Completed basic training as ICT specialist or computer scientist EFZ with at least 5 years of experience.
• Sound knowledge in support (client/server, Windows) and Google Workspace.
• Willingness for continuous training (e.g. ICT Platform Development Specialist).
• Service-oriented, solution-focused and calm under pressure with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• First-level support for hardware and software issues and user accounts/permissions.
• Monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers and networks with partners.
• Procurement, setup and rollout of hardware and license management.
• Promote IT security awareness and onboarding of new employees.
• Participate in IT projects and improve digital collaboration with Google Workspace.
