The Office for Informatics of the Cantonal Administration of Graubünden in Chur is seeking an ICT Specialist for Digital Workplace & Collaboration. You will manage and advance the digital workplace on the M365 platform, collaborating with stakeholders and supporting customers through digitalisation efforts.

Join us to help shape Graubünden's digital transformation with a team-oriented approach and hands-on expertise in modern collaboration tools. The role is based in Chur with a 60–100% workload.

Qualifikationen

• A qualification or further training in computer science or a comparable field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Admin Center).
• Experience in operating and further developing collaboration and workplace solutions.
• Connected, analytical thinking and a structured, team-oriented way of working.
• Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Ensure operation and further development of collaboration and automation tools based on the M365 platform.
• Plan and prioritise projects with stakeholders and accompany them through the lifecycle of the solution.
• Support our customers in the digitalisation and automation of collaboration and business processes.
• Work in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and guidelines.

Are you ready to help develop the digital transformation? As the IT service and competence centre of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our internal customers with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the canton of Graubünden.

We as the Office for Informatics are therefore looking for an ICT Specialist Digital Workplace & Collaboration to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• You ensure the operation and further development of collaboration and automation tools based on the M365 platform
