Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in a medium to large-scale matrix organization with at least 5 years in pharma/device compliance.
• English: excellent written and spoken English.
• Regulatory: familiarity with global (pre)clinical safety and pharmacovigilance compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead process and training related projects including process development, mapping, and training/qualification delivery.
• Act as quality partner for Global Development, enabling collaboration between partners, quality groups, and governance.
• Manage tasks, timelines, risks, and provide updates to management and owners.
• Support or drive the digital transformation roadmap toward data-centric content and qualification management.
