Johnson & Johnson Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Director E2E Product Planning to lead the global end-to-end planning of a diversified product portfolio across API, formulation, and manufacturing sites. You will drive NPI planning, demand/procurement alignment, and multi-site orchestration to sustain supply and performance.

The role requires deep cross-functional leadership, a track record in IBP, and a strategic mindset to balance demand, capacity, and risk in a dynamic pharmaceutical network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.
• Advanced degree or certification is advantageous for senior leadership.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain planning and IBP is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define the end-to-end global supply chain configuration and replenishment strategies.
• Lead NPI Planning Management.
• Align demand and supply plans with monthly planning cycles and multi-echelon view.
• Drive IBP/DSRM processes and lead the team’s DSRM.
• Resolve end-to-end issues and ensure ongoing supply continuity.
• Collaborate across functions and regions; monitor KPIs and manage risks.
• Develop understanding of risks and tradeoffs to improve resilience.
• Foster cross-functional communication linking regional/global IBP forums.
• Partner with GPEX/JJT to define digital tools for execution monitoring.
