Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of R&D processes and regulated environments.
• Proven ability to define vision, roadmaps, priorities, and governance models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Own lifecycle management of sector R&D digital platforms including deployments and value realization.
• Lead strategic planning, roadmap development, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive innovation through automation and data-driven digital capabilities; sponsor emerging tech.
