Finger Lakes Community Health (FLCH) is seeking an HR Business Partner who supports employees and leaders across a broad range of HR functions, with a strong focus on benefits administration, employee support, workforce needs, and consistent HR practices. This position will be based out of our Geneva, NY facility, with the option for a hybrid remote/onsite arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with employee benefits administration.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment requirements.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-site environments.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
• A valid NY State driver’s license is required.
• New York State automobile insurance required with appropriate limits.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs.
• Assist employees with benefit questions, enrollment changes, and events.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, vendors, payroll, and employees to resolve issues.
• Support annual open enrollment and benefit communications.
• Assist with benefit reconciliations, audits, reporting, and documentation.
• Support leave and benefit coordination.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and benefit plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and processes.
