Zusammenfassung

Lonza is seeking a Digital HR Time Management Specialist to drive the global time management strategy from an office-first base with 40% remote work. You will liaise across IT, HR and business units to translate requirements into system data and processes, partnering with HR CoEs/GPOs to support global initiatives.

The role emphasizes fast-paced delivery, strong communication, and the ongoing implementation of time management processes in collaboration with global teams.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrate technical understanding of digital time & attendance applications and integration points.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high workload environment, balancing multiple projects and objectives.
• Ideally with experience in configuration and support of Workday and/or UKG Pro WFM time management systems.
• Need to demonstrate proficient communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Confirmed logic and decision-making abilities, critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Case Management Tool, high level of proficiency with Office 365 suite.
• English must have; German is nice to have.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support a number of Time related initiatives.
• Coordinate/liaise with business and vendors as needed on time related issues and projects.
• Perform general support working closely with the Pay/Time global community, GPOs and reporting and analytics teams.
• Work closely with HR’s Application Management Services partners.
• Collaborate with internal IT and Finance cross-functional teams.
