Selection 4.0 SA, a Swiss-based technology Search & Selection firm, is seeking an HR Director for a leading international organization advancing healthcare through research, education and multidisciplinary knowledge integration.

The role reports to the CEO and oversees global HR strategy, operations and analytics, shaping a multicultural people agenda across geographies with up to 25% remote work. Based in Lugano, Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in HRM or related field.
• 10+ years HRBP experience in international settings.
• Proven change management and organizational development track record.
• Strong HRIS knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English; Italian and French are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to define and execute a global people strategy across geographies.
• Lead HR team across multiple countries and cultures, driving a high-performance culture.
• Advise on organizational design, team effectiveness, and talent planning for a complex, multicultural organization.
• Create and implement a global HR target operating model aligned with market best practices.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding framework to enable rapid integration and long-term retention.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development for senior leaders.
• Define, implement, and continuously review HR policies globally with compliance across countries.
• Define and track key HR KPIs and support HRIS implementation to optimize processes.
• Steer organizational development initiatives and cross-functional projects including restructurings and geographic expansions.
