Zusammenfassung

Orange Business in Geneva seeks a Data Platform Manager Consultant to stabilize and industrialize a cloud data platform for a luxury client. You will coordinate Data Engineering, improve Run reliability and align ITIL practices across teams.

You will collaborate with BI, IT, and external providers to ensure reliable delivery, governance, and measurable value creation, champion DataOps and cost optimization, and contribute to a three-year transformation roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading or coordinating enterprise data platforms and Data Engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of DataOps practices and production support requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, security, identity, networking, monitoring and cost awareness.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, jobs, notebooks, orchestration, Delta patterns and production support.
• Familiarity with dbt transformation workflows, data modelling, testing and DataOps practices.
• Experience with ITIL practices, managed services governance, SLA/KPI reporting and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Data Engineering activities, backlog prioritization and delivery rituals.
• Drive industrialization of the Cloud Data Platform with reusable standards and release practices.
• Support ITIL incident, change and service management practices.
• Improve Run reliability and service performance, focusing on availability and incident reduction.
• Optimize the managed services model with governance, SLAs and continuous improvement actions.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery with Integration and BI teams from source to consumption.
• Contribute to Data Platform service/product catalog and budget monitoring for cloud services.
