Sword Group in Nyon, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Data Platform Manager to lead a Data Engineering team and drive a cloud data platform transformation. You will implement standards, governance, and cost optimization while collaborating with analytics, integration, and BI teams to deliver end-to-end data services.

The role requires strong Azure and Databricks expertise, hands-on dbt, Fivetran, and Control-M knowledge, plus fluency in French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing enterprise Data Platforms and coordinating Data Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of the Azure ecosystem including security, identity, networking, monitoring, and cost management.
• Solid knowledge of Databricks and its production use cases (jobs, notebooks, orchestration).
• Expertise in dbt, data transformation, modeling, testing, and DataOps practices.
• Hands-on with Fivetran and Control-M for connectors and orchestration.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate a team of Data Engineers for data initiatives.
• Industrialize the Cloud Data Platform with standards, docs, and ops processes.
• Establish IT service management practices including incident, change, and problem management.
• Oversee evolution of data tech stack (Azure, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, Control-M).
• Monitor platform costs and provide forecasts, optimization and budgets.
• Collaborate with Integration, Analytics, and BI teams for end-to-end data flows.
