Zusammenfassung

Natixis AEW, part of Natixis Investment Managers, is seeking a Data & AI professional to advance AI initiatives within the organization. The role focuses on leading workshops, identifying value-driven AI use cases, and designing AI assistants as MVPs in a hybrid Paris-based setting with remote options.

You will manage AI products, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor AI innovations to stay at the forefront of the field across real estate and financial domains.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in data, AI, product, innovation or digital transformation.
• Experience in real estate, finance or a complex environment is a plus.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple use cases.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Acculturate business teams to AI challenges and uses by leading workshops and creating educational materials.
• Identify and formalize value-added AI use cases aligned with the company strategy.
• Design, prototype and develop AI assistants or agents with MVP framing and solution choice.
• Manage AI use cases as products, prioritizing changes and coordinating stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of AI innovations and act as the reference point for AI within the entity.
