Job summary

EY in Switzerland seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to join the HR Transformation Team. You will combine SAP SuccessFactors expertise with broader HR transformation capabilities to lead complex client engagements and shape value through emerging technologies like AI.

Based in Switzerland, you’ll work with national and international clients across industries, advising HR leaders, designing solutions across modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting and Time Management, and developing

Qualifications

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology transformation initiatives.
Expertise in one or more modules (EC, ECP, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Time Management).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations and transformation programmes for national and international clients.
Advise HR and business leaders on HR technology and digital HR topics.
Design and deliver innovative SuccessFactors solutions across modules.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Lead project teams and ensure successful delivery of complex engagements.
Support business development activities, client pursuits and RFP responses.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
Help clients understand how AI and digital agents can enhance HR processes.
