SPIE Suisse SA in French-speaking Switzerland is seeking a Payroll Expert to manage payroll for around 250 employees, ensuring accuracy across multiple collective labour agreements. You will work with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Excel, collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain compliant payroll processes.

Job responsibilities

• Complete payroll management: you ensure the entire Payroll process for around 250 employees, with different collective labour agreements, from preparation to final control, respecting deadlines and legal requirements
• Social insurances and absences: you manage the follow-up of social insurances, funds and absences, in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Cross-functional collaboration: You are part of the Swiss Payroll & HR Operations team, with a functional reporting line to the Lead HR Systems & Services, and work closely with other SPIE Suisse entities
• HR Operations and business partnering support: you handle administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle and contribute to providing a quality HR service. You support the Head of People & Culture in operational activities and monitoring team needs
• HR projects: according to priorities, you participate in digitalisation, standardisation and continuous process improvement initiatives

Your profile

• You have solid Payroll experience in Switzerland and very good knowledge of social insurances
• Experience in the electrotechnical, building sectors and collective agreements is a significant asset
• You are comfortable with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Excel and digital tools
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, with a strong sense of responsibility
• You enjoy teamwork, communicate openly and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders
• You speak fluent French and have good knowledge of German or English

The main workplace is Bussigny, with occasional travel to Bern and Geneva.
