SPIE Suisse SA in French-speaking Switzerland is seeking a Payroll Expert to manage payroll for around 250 employees, ensuring accuracy across multiple collective labour agreements. You will work with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Excel, collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain compliant payroll processes.

Qualifikationen

• Solid payroll experience in Switzerland with knowledge of social insurances.
• Experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and reliable manner.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Complete payroll management for around 250 employees, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
• Manage social insurances, funds and absences with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate within the Swiss Payroll & HR Operations team and with SPIE entities.
• Provide HR operations support and assist the Head of People & Culture in activities and projects.
• Contribute to digitalisation and standardisation of payroll processes.
