WinGD Ltd. in Winterthur is seeking an HR Service & Operations Specialist (m/f/d) at 80-100% to join our People & Culture team.

You will manage the full HR lifecycle, support employees and managers, and help drive digital HR initiatives and process improvement. The ideal candidate has experience in HR Administration or HR Operations, knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, strong attention to detail, and German plus English language skills; HR-Fachausweis or willingness to develop

Experience in HR Administration or HR Operations.
Interest in HR processes and systems such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Structured and service-oriented mindset.
Native German and strong English skills.
HR-Fachausweis or willingness to develop professionally.

Responsabilités

Manage the full employee lifecycle service & operations.
Maintain employee data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Support employees and managers on HR operational topics.
Co-join HR projects, such as workflows or Lean Administration.
Contribute to HR process optimization, digitalization and continuous improvement.
Support payroll-related activities and compliance processes, such as Internal Controls.
Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
