Rothschild & Co Bank AG in Zürich invites an enthusiastic HR intern to join our Swiss HR team. You will collaborate with experienced professionals on daily activities and real HR projects, gaining first-hand experience in a multinational setting.

The internship can last nine to twelve months with a mid‑January 2027 start date. You will assist in employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, and administration while developing reporting skills and exposure to wealth management HR processes.

Qualifications

• Student in business administration or similar.
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
• Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities along the employee lifecycle: coordinating interviews, onboarding, transfers, changes and departures.
• Draft general correspondence (e.g., work certificates, confirmations, training agreements).
• Handle work permit requests and track temporary employees/visitors with authorities follow-up.
• Provide general administrative support: update Org Charts, HR intranet, process mailbox, handle invoices, organize Welcome Day.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners in Zurich and Geneva across Wealth Management divisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
• Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects in collaboration with the team.
