Job summary

Rothschild & Co Bank AG in Zurich offers an HR internship lasting nine to twelve months, with an ideal start date in mid-January 2027. You will work with experienced HR professionals on daily activities and real-world projects within a multinational setting.

You will contribute to interviews, onboarding, documentation and reporting while gaining first-hand experience in a wealth management context and collaborating with teams in Zurich and Geneva.

Qualifications

• Student in business administration or similar.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, transfers and employee departures.
• Write general correspondence (work certificates, confirmations, training agreements).
• Manage work permit requests and track temporary staff from abroad.
• Provide general admin support, update Org Charts and HR intranet, process mailbox and invoices.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners in Zurich and Geneva.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations on metrics.
• Assist on ad-hoc projects with the team.
