Job summary

Rothschild & Co’s Global Advisory team in Switzerland is a leading independent M&A advisor. As an Intern, you will support market and company analyses, buyer lists, and presentations, with exposure to DCF analyses and deal workflows.

You will work on market research across sectors, prepare company profiles, and assist in client meetings. Fluency in German and English is essential; strong academics and teamwork are required.

We cover and execute transactions for private and public Swiss corporates, financial sponsors and family offices, resulting in a broad range of transaction values of CHF100m up to multi-billion CHF transactions.

As an Intern, your key day-to-day responsibilities will mainly involve:

• Preparation of company profiles
• Market research on a broad range of sectors
