Job summary

Rothschild & Co is seeking an HR Intern in Zurich to collaborate with experienced HR professionals on daily activities and real-world HR projects. The role offers a first work experience in a multinational setting within our Swiss HR team based in Zurich.

You will have your own tasks, support ongoing administration, and potentially contribute to varied HR initiatives within Wealth Management. The internship can last nine to twelve months with a mid‑January 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Fluent communication in English and German (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist on activities along the employee lifecycle (interviews, onboarding, transfers, changes, departures).
• Write general correspondence (work certificates, confirmations, training agreements).
• Handle work permit requests and track temporary employees and visitors from abroad.
