Zusammenfassung

SCOTT Sports SA in Switzerland seeks an HR Business Partner for a fixed-term maternity cover, collaborating with managers to support daily HR topics and ensure smooth HR processes. You will contribute to our transformation journey, bringing ideas to improve how we work in HR.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, personnel administration, and advisory support for candidates, employees, and managers, while driving development and optimization of HR processes.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with further education in Human Resources, preferably Swiss Federal Diploma HR Specialist.
• Fluent in English; French or German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Recruiting new employees and supporting them throughout onboarding to offboarding (excluding payroll) in assigned departments.
• Co-responsibility for personnel administration including contracts and reference letters.
• Advise candidates, employees, and managers on HR topics.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Support development of employees’ skills and competencies.
• Assist in ongoing optimization of operative HR processes.
• Actively contribute to HR transformation and implementation of new HR initiatives.
