SCOTT Sports SA in Switzerland seeks an HR Business Partner for a fixed-term maternity cover, collaborating with managers to support daily HR topics and ensure smooth HR processes. You will contribute to our transformation journey, bringing ideas to improve how we work in HR.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, personnel administration, and advisory support for candidates, employees, and managers, while driving development and optimization of HR processes.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with further education in Human Resources, preferably Swiss Federal Diploma HR Specialist.
• Fluent in English; French or German is an advantage.

This is a fixed-term position providing maternity cover and offers the opportunity to join our HR team at an exciting time of transformation and development.

Mission:

As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and employees, supporting them in daily HR topics and helping to create a positive and well-functioning workplace. You ensure HR processes run smoothly and provide practical guidance on people-related matters.

Our HR department is currently undergoing an exciting transformation, with several new initiatives and projects being launched. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to this journey, bring in your ideas, and help us further develop the way we work in HR.

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting new employees and supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (excluding payroll) in the assigned departments
• Co-responsibility for personnel administration including the preparation of correspondence, contracts, letters of reference as well as illness and accident reports etc.
• Advise candidates, employees, and managers on a wide range of HR-related topics
• Ensure the smooth execution of HR processes
• Support the development of employees’ skills and competencies
• Assistance in the ongoing optimization of operative HR processes
• Actively contribute to our HR transformation and support the implementation of new HR initiatives and projects

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with further education in Human Resources, preferably Swiss Federal Diploma HR Specialist
