Qualifications

• University degree in economics or finance.
• Strong commitment to and passion for the Turkish market.
• Extensive experience acquiring and developing Turkish HNW/UHNW clients.
• Experience advising wealthy Turkish HNW/UHNW clients and prospects with a focus on strategic advice.
• Strong network in Turkiye with potential HNW/UHNW clients.
• Deep knowledge of the Turkish market and regulatory landscape.
• Knowledge of financial products and services in wealth management.
• Experience in large organizations and leveraging global resources.
• Proven track record finding solutions for clients.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to Turkiye frequently.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Curiosity about applying AI to improve workflows and comply with policies and risk standards.
• Team-oriented approach, leveraging specialists and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a strategy to expand Global HNW/UHNW client base.
• Identify potential HNW/UHNW clients and build a prospect pipeline.
• Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with strategic advice.
• Provide high-quality investment options in collaboration with team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and robust risk culture.
• Coordinate a global team of specialists to cover complex client needs.
