Job summary

Qualifications

• define and implement a strategy to expand our Global HNW/UHNW client base


• identify potential HNW/UHNW clients, build and manage a prospect pipeline


• implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions


• grow the local market network by referrals and by identifying new prospects


• develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with the main focus on strategic advice


• define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients’ needs, in cooperation with the Client Advisor


• provide high-quality investment options for clients, working closely with team members and specialists from other areas


• make sure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture on the team


• ensure availability of all relevant information and documentation including KYC of all clients and prospects to meet regulatory requirements


• orchestrate a global team of solution providers and specialists to cover complex client and prospect needs on a holistic basis

You’ll be working in the HNW/UHNW Turkiye team in Zurich, covering Turkiye. We focus on managing, preserving and growing our clients’ wealth, while helping them plan for and manage succession. We provide training and continuous education so our employees can better serve clients and continue their personal development. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll play an important role in helping us remain a global leader in wealth management.

Your skills and experience:

• a university degree in economics or finance


• strong commitment to and passion for the Turkish market, including an understanding of Turkish social and business culture


• extensive experience in successfully acquiring and developing Turkish HNW/UHNW clients


• experience advising wealthy and sophisticated Turkish HNW/UHNW clients and prospects, with a focus on strategic advice


• a strong network in Turkiye, including personal contacts with potential HNW/UHNW clients


• in-depth knowledge of the Turkish market, including its regulatory landscape


• knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in wealth management


• experience working in large organizations and leveraging global resources


• proven track record in finding solutions for clients


• great at building networks and connections (people want to know you)


• motivated to travel to Turkiye frequently


• extremely organized, with great planning skills and efficient time management


• excellent communicator, with great presentation and negotiation skills


• curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver and optimize workflows, while applying sound judgment, validating outputs and following policies, risk standards and ethical-use requirements


• keen to serve clients through a team approach, drawing on the expertise of specialists and senior management


• familiar with the compliance frameworks of large organizations
