Job summary

EHL invites you to join as Head of the Center of Teaching & Learning Excellence to lead faculty support, innovate pedagogy, and drive digital education across the group. You will shape strategies that elevate teaching quality, support research, and align with institutional values.

As head, you will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, oversee educational technologies, and partner with academic leadership to advance accreditation goals and a future-focused learning ecosystem across campuses.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant field, or substantial subject-area experience.
• 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
• Strong collaboration across departments and external partners.
• Fluent in English and French; strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in faculty development and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and drive the Teaching & Learning Strategy to deliver a signature EHL classroom experience.
• Adapt pedagogical content and curriculum with AI, sustainability, and digital transformation.
• Lead the CTLE and a multidisciplinary team to implement strategy and enhance faculty support.
• Design and implement faculty development programs to advance pedagogy and EdTech.
• Monitor EdTech trends to inspire faculty and foster innovation.
• Oversee the development and use of learning technologies across campuses.
• Establish processes to recognise pedagogical excellence and innovation.
• Address gaps in pedagogical and digital skills through targeted training.
• Supervise selection and integration of educational technologies and policy.
• Promote EHL values and community engagement, supporting accreditation and teaching quality.
