Job summary

EHL Group in Lausanne, Switzerland seeks a Head of the Center of Teaching & Learning Excellence to drive the CTLE strategy and lead a multidisciplinary team in advancing pedagogy, educational technology, and research across campuses.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant field, or substantial experience.
• 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a similar position.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and drive the Teaching & Learning Strategy to deliver a signature EHL classroom experience.
• Adapt pedagogical content and curriculum in line with industry trends such as AI, sustainability, and digital transformation.
• Lead the CTLE and a multidisciplinary team to implement strategy and enhance faculty support.
• Design and implement faculty development programs to advance pedagogy, educational technology, and research expertise.
• Monitor pedagogical and EdTech trends to inspire faculty and nurture a culture of innovation.
• Oversee the development and use of learning technologies across the faculty and content studio.
• Promote EHL values and community engagement, supporting accreditation and teaching quality.
