Job summary

EHL is seeking an Accreditation Manager to oversee accreditation processes, ensure academic excellence, and maintain institutional integrity across the EHL Group.

You will lead relationships with regulatory bodies, coordinate across campuses, and drive continuous improvement in program quality and governance. Strong leadership, English and French fluency, and deep higher education expertise are essential.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required; doctorate considered a strong asset.
  • 7–10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in higher education, academic quality assurance, and accreditation processes.
  • Proven project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead accreditation processes and manage relationships with accreditation and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and successful accreditation outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement by collaborating with academic stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide expertise in accreditation, quality assurance, and academic program development.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on continuous improvement plans, ensuring the implementation of recommendations from reviews, audits, and evaluations.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of accreditation reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate accreditation and quality assurance activities across campuses to ensure consistent standards and practices.
  • Define, track, and analyze quality assurance metrics, KPIs, and institutional effectiveness indicators to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data teams to collect, validate, and analyze accreditation-related data.
  • Monitor evolving accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance frameworks across all operating jurisdictions.
  • Deliver guidance and training to faculty and staff on accreditation standards, quality assurance requirements, and continuous improvement practices.

The Accreditation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the accreditation processes for EHL Group. The mission of the Accreditation Manager is to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence and institutional integrity through effective management of accreditation processes. This role is pivotal in fostering continuous improvement, enhancing program development, managing quality assurance processes and maintaining robust relationships with regulatory and accreditation agencies, thereby supporting the strategic goals and global reputation of the EHL Group.

What will you do?

Who you are?
  • You have a Master's degree, a doctorate is considered a strong asset.
  • You have 7 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • You have strong expertise in higher education, academic quality assurance, and accreditation processes.
  • You have proven project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • You have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • You have a high level of adaptability, flexibility, and diplomacy in a dynamic environment.
  • You have full professional proficiency in English and French (C2 level).
