Sandoz is seeking a Head of Sales Retail to lead a large sales team, drive holistic sales strategy, and deliver financial targets in the Swiss market. This field-based role requires close collaboration with key account initiatives and cross-functional leaders.

You will develop the BU Retail culture, coach teams, and ensure a high-performing, compliant organisation while navigating complex stakeholder relationships across markets.

Competenze

• University degree in Business, Pharmaceutical, Life sciences or related topic.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience across different functions (e.g., sales, marketing, commercial excellence).
• Proven ability to engage and manage diverse teams; strong financial planning and forecasting skills.
